Terms of Use
FreeZip provides an easy way to turn your files into ZIP archives directly in the browser. By using the service you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service
FreeZip provides a free utility to compress files into ZIP archives. The service is offered “as is” and “as available”.
User responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the files you upload and share.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Content policies
- No adult, violent, hateful, or dangerous material may be uploaded or distributed through FreeZip.
- Do not use the service to share malware, phishing payloads, or tools that facilitate illegal activity.
- Respect intellectual property. Only upload files you own or have the right to process.
- We comply with Google AdSense publisher policies and will suspend accounts that attempt to bypass these rules.
Temporary processing
ZIPs and metadata are stored temporarily and deleted after the first download or 10 minutes. We do not provide permanent hosting.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms from time to time.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeZip disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss of data, opportunity, or other damages arising from use of the service.
Law enforcement & takedown requests
Send subpoenas, court orders, or abuse complaints to rgkcrm@gmail.com. Include the file token, timestamp, and jurisdiction so we can verify the request. We cooperate with legitimate authorities and remove infringing content when we receive a complete report.
